For the last 25 years, across Europe and Latin America, I have developed service activities. My responsibilities included management, restructuring, business development and operational subsidiaries in service sector businesses.

As part of my responsibilities, I always made sure to attain my objectives in sales, margins and operating results. I achieved this by using my skills to develop and implement innovative strategies, as well as by using effective communication to lead sales, financial and technical teams and to unite around a shared project. For example, I established an offer for Edenred France by reorganising sales team focus from product orientation to client needs.
